The following regards to the sale of c/b Panther and Veiled Chameleons from Chameleoco. Before purchasing a chameleon from us, you are required to read and agree to all terms.
Payments must be recived/cleared before Chameleon will be sent out.
Collection strongly prefered.
We require contact information for any person buying any Chameleon. You are kindly asked to keep contact info up to date with us. (Email adress is minimum required)
Baby Chameleons are sold at 3 months old with a 3 day refund or replace policy (please note that if a chameleon is sold at a discretionary age no such policy is available)
Babies sold at or after 3 months will be
a) sexed if Calyptratus
b) unsexed/(best guess) if Pardalis
i. We must be made aware of dissatisfaction within 3 days.
ii. Return or refund policy applies only to health issues which have not been caused by yourself. You must show us how the cham has been housed/cared for whilst in your care within 3 days. After 3 days no action will be taken.
iii. If issue is reported within 3 days, replacement or refund will only be available once we have determined where fault lies. If fault lies with you, no replacement or refund will be available.
iiii. Any expense involved in returning any chameleon will be met by you
iiiii. You may not simply return a Chameleon you may have become bored with. Chameleons will only be replaced if actual health issue has been detected.
We will guarantee live arrival on Chameleons delivered by DEFRA approved couriers. Courier service is at extra cost, met by you, and usually to be arranged by you. ( See Delivery Information for more information)
